This week we will:
- go on a field trip on Tuesday to the Cobb Civic center to see the Nutcracker.
- go on a field trip on Friday to Allatoona High School for Measurement Madness on the football field.
- learn about measuring in inches, feet, yards, centimeters, and meters.
- read and discuss informational text, and look for informational text features.
- have guided reading groups.

- continue our informational writing study.
- learn about contractions
- learn about push and pulls.
Remember to help your child with his/her Sharing Through Season project. Due to schedule changes and other time constraints, we are not able to have parents come in for this project. We have two hours to squeeze in this activity. Therefore there isn't a set time. Thank you for your understanding and helping your child prepare for their presentation.
